  1. CCTV

Capturing images (including CCTV), if you have any privacy related concerns about our use of CCTV please contact us by email or post.

When making a booking with us and visiting our premises your name and other information will be collected including vehicle registrations.  Our premises are monitored by CCTV for your safety and the prevention of crime, as such your image or other guests may be captured whenever you enter our property boundary. Where the CCTV is located on our premises but near a public space, it may also record these images.

There are signs to show you when you are entering an area monitored by CCTV, but for the avoidance of doubt, this is as soon as you leave the highway. CCTV Images are stored for a maximum of 6 months unless there is good reason to hold for a longer period.

If you have an accident or incident involving any Health & Safety matters while you are on any of our premises and this is recorded, it may be kept for the purposes of Health & Safety and insurance requirements.

Equally if there is a crime or perceived crime committed whilst you are on any of our premises and this is recorded, it may be kept for the purposes of prosecution and handed to the appropriate authorities.

You can request to view CCTV images of yourself within one month of your visit. All viewing must be done on site and will not be downloaded or sent electronically. To request to view please email and provide formal photographic I.D.

There may be occasions where we need to request information from the DVLA, this will only be in a just cause situation.
